Dr Ngoze is a Senior Lecturer/ Senior Researcher Fellow at the Department of Business Administration & Management Sciences in the School of Business & Economics, Masinde Muliro University of Science & Technology, Kenya- where he provides Academic Leadership in Entrepreneurship and Management Sciences disciplines. He teaches Corporate Entrepreneurship, Advanced Statistics, Statistical Modelling and Predictive Analytics, and Industrial Economics. Dr Ngoze holds a Doctorate Degree in Entrepreneurship; Master of Philosophy in Entrepreneurship; and Bachelor of Education (Arts) specializing in Economics and Mathematics.

His research interests’ areas are in Corporate Entrepreneurship, Entrepreneurship Ecosystems, Green Entrepreneurship, Digital Entrepreneurship, Social Entrepreneurship, Industrial Economics, and Development Economics. Moreover, he consults in management consultancy- innovation management, economic empowerment and development, enterprise development services, monitoring and evaluation, customer satisfaction, business planning, business feasibility, capacity building and entrepreneurship development. Consequently, he has researched and consulted for many key organizations such as International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), the World Bank, Food and Agriculture (FAO) Organization, United Nation Development Programme, Kigali Institute of Management in Rwanda, Youth Enterprise Development Fund, Lake Victoria North Water Service of Kenya, Kenya Commercial Bank, Equity Bank among others. Dr Ngoze has attended and presented scholarly papers in International Conferences in USA, Tanzania, and Kenya. His works/ publications have won awards and appeared in several international peer reviewed journals as well as in Google Scholar, Research Gate, The World Bank, Economics Papers, International Council for Small Business, United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship, The Inter Region Economic Network (IREN) African Executive and others.

Dr Ngoze is an active member of International Council for Small Business, Academy of Management, Mekong Institute and Entrepreneurship Educators Network, United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship, Association of Professional Society of East Africa among others.
