Dr. Grace Wairimu Mureithi is an experienced academician with a solid reputation for great capacity to plan, initiate, lead and deliver teaching and learning with articulate presentation. Proven leader who delivers through critical decision making, embracing diversity in perspectives and team work. An open-minded mentor with a strong ability to identify, develop and manage talent.

Dr. Grace is a specialist in human resource management, human resource development and social entrepreneurship.  She is adept at training, research, and strategic planning. She holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management. Dr. Grace also holds a Masters degree in Human Resource Development and Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. In addition, she is a Certified Human Resource Management Professional, Kenya. She has 16 years working experience as a lecturer at the university level. Currently, Dr. Grace works with the University of Eldoret. Additionally, she has held several leadership positions. Currently, she is the research chair for the School of Arts and Human Development and the Head of Department; Department of Development Studies at the University of Eldoret.

She is also involved in training and consultancy. She has trained various organizations and groups on leadership skills, work life balance, strategic planning, management of small businesses, group dynamics and social entrepreneurship among others. Moreover, she has led in the development of various strategic plans such as the (2022-2026) strategic plan for Ngarariga Girls Secondary School; the (2021-2025) strategic plan for Diesel Power Company; and the (2016-2021) strategic plan for the Catholic Diocese of Eldoret. Dr. Grace is also a seasoned researcher with core competences in data analysis and report writing. She has published over ten articles in various referred journals.
